Are you constantly feeling tired, stressed, or not achieving your training goals? If this is the case you may need some help balancing your work, training and lifestyle. Prolonged periods of stress without sufficient recovery can lead to serious overload and exhaustion. Our 360 Health Screen with a Strength & Conditioning Coach will highlight any areas that are preventing you from performing at your best at work, in the gym or at an event. What is included? Led by one of our Specialist Strength & Conditioning Coaches, you will go through the following process: - Pre-screening lifestyle review - Blood pressure - Heart rate analysis - Body fat % - Total Cholesterol - HDL/LDL full lipid profile - Triglycerides - Diabetes - Cardiac risk - Health report & training recommendations Post assessment appointment to discuss potential lifestyle / training interventions
